Moving on to Success – YWCA

The YWCA Literacy Program at the Hamilton, OH YWCA is starting a new program called Moving on to SuccessMoving on to Success is a free employment training program with a priority to serve women and men who are unemployed or underemployed.  Moving on to Success helps women and men gain the skills and self-esteem needed to begin achieving economic independence.
 
Would you please support this program by posting some fliers in your building?  (if you are in the Butler County, OH area)
 
 
Those who can benefit from this program are Butler County residents who want to enter or re-enter the workforce, to gain economic self-reliance and stability, to explore career, training and education options, can commit to an employment action plan, or are survivors of abuse, in an abusive relationship or at risk.

Moving on to Success offers career assessment and workshops, development of employability skills, access to employment preparation and training programs, one-on-one support from counselors and job developers, job coaching and mentoring, connections to supportive work environments such as on the job placements, resume and interview preparation, and ongoing support for up to 45 days.
